Barry Givens, Managing Partner

Barry founded Monsieur, where he raised over $4MM in capital from a mixture of traditional VC Funds, professional athletes and corporate executives. He licensed his IP to a leading adult beverage dispenser manufacturer. Barry currently serves as Managing Director for the Techstars Social Impact Accelerator.

Jewel Burks, Managing Partner
Jewel founded Partpic, a visual recognition company, which sold to Amazon in 2016. Since the acquisition, Jewel has invested in several early stage startups and 2 funds. Jewel currently serves as Head of Google for Startups, US.
Justin Dawkins, Managing Partner
Justin is a successful entrepreneur and full stack developer with nearly 20 years of experience. As co-founder of Goodie Nation, he has helped over 30 entrepreneurs launch their tech-enabled social impact businesses.

Rachel Wilson, Director of Operations

Rachel is a passionate change agent for operational excellence. She has global experience working across different industries including Food & Beverage, Automotive, B2B & B2C Tech, Healthcare, Music, Fashion, and Media. She lead supply chain projects for over a dozen Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, she spearheaded national accounts and global product expansion at Combs Wine & Spirits, a Sean “Diddy” Combs Company.

Rachel has a B.A. in Economics & Business from Agnes Scott College and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology

Elliott Holland, CFO

Elliott Holland is a finance guru who has over 13+ years experience in private equity & venture capital finance, investment banking, strategy consulting and entrepreneurship. Elliott has worked at leading principal investing firms like Linx Partners and The Watermill Group. He then started two separate private investment firms (Ellsworth Partners and Spartan Capital Partners), Elliott began his career at Accenture’s Strategy Practice where he provided financial and strategic consulting to Fortune 5000 companies.

Elliott is a proud alumnus of the dual-degree program between Morehouse College and The Georgia Institute of Technology He also has an MBA from Harvard Business School

Lecrae, Venture Partner
Multi GRAMMY award-winning artist, entrepreneur and activist as well as a New York Times Bestselling Author. Lecrae’s passion for empowering the disenfranchised and closing the wealth gap for minorities is aligned with the mission of Collab Capital and its model. His partnership supports the cornerstone of Collab Capital’s ethos of bridging the gap between the business acumen and networks of influencers and technical dexterity of young Black founders.
